Note: Any use of custom software or digital products purchased from Rt Solution will be governed by a separate, specific licensing or service agreement (MSA) signed between you and Rt Solution. These T&C govern your general use of the website.

  • No Fiduciary Duty:Rt Solution is a developer and service provider; we are not a financial advisor. We bear no liability for any financial losses you incur from using dApps, digital assets, or blockchain systems developed or hosted by us.
  • Private Keys: You are solely responsible for protecting your private keys and wallet access. Rt Solution does not store, nor can it recover, your private keys.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or the content of any websites linked to the Services.

We will not be liable for any damage arising from downtime, system failures, third-party hosting issues, or technical faults outside our direct control.
